For the past few summers we have had the opportunity to have my nieces and nephews spend a week with us. My kids always look forward to this week.
Monday, June 27th: I met my sister in Tehachapi to pick up the cousins. Later in the afternoon we walked down to the new spray park near my home to cool off.

Tuesday, June 28th: We all went to Trutti Fruiti to enjoy a frozen treat.
most of the afternoon was spent in the pool
and dipping everything in white chocolate.
In the evening we headed over to the aquatic center to watch Hannah's and Kaleb's swim meet.
When you have extra kiddos you really have to plan ahead for meals, if you want to keep it cheap. Here we are eating pizza from home before we went in.

If you look closely you can see Hannah climbing onto the board; getting ready to jump in. She hasn't mastered diving in yet, she kinda just jumps in.

The sleeping beauties. Little Charlie thought it was so fun to sleep all together in the family room on the floor.

Wednesday, June 29th: We decided to go to McMurtrey Aquatic Center to enjoy the pool, water slides and to bug Noah at work. Charlie loved to go around and talk to all the lifeguards and let them know she was having a good time. It was an extremely cold day, but the kids didn't seem to mind.

Thursday, June 30th: We used our season passes and free friend tickets to go to Magic Mountain. Kaleb was happy to have Cody to wander off by himself and ride all the bigger rides.
Most of my time was spent with Charlie riding the carousel. We must of rode it at least 10 times.
She loved it. me not so much!

Hannah doesn't seem too trilled about riding little kiddie rides now that she is big enough to ride the bigger ones.

Chandler and Hannah with the super heroes
My little buddy Charlie. She is really quite a trooper and never complained about waiting for the older kids to get off rides, she would just find something to do to pass the time.
She even took a nap.
Friday, July 1st: was a sad day for my kids when their cousins had to go back home.
