San Francisco...

Last weekend we went to San Francisco for Chris and Lauren's wedding (Richard's cousin). We left Saturday morning. It only took us about 4 hours to get to Walnut Creek. I was expecting it to take a lot longer. It starting raining while we were diving and continued to rain for the remainder of the day. The Wedding was at Wildwood Acres resort in Lafayette, California. It was a beautiful wedding minus the rain. I suppose rain means good luck. But, I would of been a little bit upset if it rained at my wedding. The kids enjoyed playing in the rain, ordering Shirley temples from the bar, and dancing. The grounds were beautiful at the wedding, it was great for pictures. Even in the rain. The next day 13 of us took the BART into San Francisco. We walked and walked, and then got smart and took the trolley the rest of the way to Pier 39. We saw a lot of seals, and the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from a distance. Out of all the exciting places to eat there, guess where we ate, TACO BELL. What's wrong with us!
I've got my Ticket!

Trying to figure out what train we should get on.

The trolleys

We started at Pier 1 and ended at Pier 39

Walking to the Pier
The kids thought these restrooms were cool, but were afraid to use them. They didn't want the door to open up while they were on the pot. These bathrooms clean themselves each time a person comes out. It even washes the floor. I need one of these systems at my house.

Lots of seals

A baby seal that Noah took a picture of. Kinda of cute when they're sleeping.

Hey Amanda,
It's so good to see you and your cute family! I cannot believe how old your kids are. Time sure flies. You look great too. Not a day older than the last time I saw you.... ages ago! :)

I took some time and looked through your blog. I love the pictures of you in Ensanada with your parents, Megan & Makenzie. And I especially love that you wrote "mom/dad with her/his favorite daughters". Too funny. I bet Melissa and Michele liked that too! :)

Looks like life is treating you & Richard well. I am so happy for you!

Hey Amanda -- You guys are so cute! I just love that picture at the top! It is so great to hear from you and to see how well you are doing! Where are you living now? It's so sad that we are family and it's been so long since I've seen you guys. Hopefully our blogs will keep us connected from now on! :-) That motivates me to keep mine updated.
